Booking Policy
Please read before booking!
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and go towards your service. You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. After 48 hours, you forfeit your deposit and will schedule a new appointment.
Deposits:
$25 for services under $200
$50 for services $200-$299, and all color services
$75 for services over $300 (Excluding service + bundle deals)
Service + Bundle deals are paid in full. Bundles will not be held or ordered without full payment. With this deal, your service is heavily discounted, which is why it's paid in full. Your payment covers the purchase of your bundles.
Deposits protect my time as the stylist in the case of a no-show or cancelled appointments

Appointments outside of my normal working schedule: Please text me to arrange a time that is not listed on my booking site. I do not charge an extra fee for appointments that are outside of my normal hours, but I do have a strict "be on time" policy. Since I am accommodating you, I kindly ask that you be on time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Shampoo/wash is included in all services. (If you are getting a wig installed over locs, you must come washed)

Form of payment accepted after services:
Card payments, tap, or cash
NO extra people unless discussed and agreed upon prior to your appointment.

I do not charge late fees, but if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. I understand things happen, so if you are. Please send me a courtesy text to let me know you will be late with your ETA: 615-606-2985. Please respect my time so I can be on time for my next guest.

For services requiring lace frontal or closure:
Do not attempt to bleach or pluck your lace yourself. It is included in your service.

For used wigs or lace:
Please bring them FRESHLY washed and dried. Please ensure they are in good condition. If you are unsure, text me. If not, you will be charged an additional $15 at the time of your appointment.

All lace frontals and closures are installed using my Luxury lace glue, which lasts approximately 2-3 weeks with proper care before requiring a touch-up. I recommend that people with lighter skin consider HD or transparent options to achieve a scalp-like look. People with brown and darker skin tones are generally okay to use any lace.
